Kayla is terrified after having been kidnapped.

She starts hitting Steve when she sees that it was him.

Steve explains, but Kayla is not happy that he made the decision without her consent

Steve gives Kayla a gift, an angel for the top of the tree
(her arms move)

Steve is walking on the docks, and is surprised to see Kayla (who escaped the lighthouse because she couldn't bear to spend the holiday without seeing her family).

Steve and Kayla hide under the stairs when they hear people coming...

First some carolers come by...then they watch Victor come and go

Steve tells Kayla she took a big risk and they need to head back to the lighthouse

Kayla insists that she wants to see her family...

Just then Kayla hears her family walking her way. She pretends to be Santa for Max and the kids.

Kayla makes sure that Caroline recognizes her. Caroline is thrilled and relieved to see that her daughter is safe, and hugs her.

Victor (who has returned to the docks) sees the exchange and realizes that Kayla is Santa.

Steve and Kayla return to the lighthouse.

Kayla thinks that the holiday is over...it's late.

Just then, they hear jingles...and a sleigh....

They look up in the sky...

and are excited to see Santa.

They turn around to see...

...the angel on the tree moving

...the room completely decorated for Christmas

and all the toys moving around

Steve "finds" a gift in his jacket, and opens it.

It's an ornament for the tree-
baby's first Christmas. Kayla is upset that she didn't have a gift for Steve.

Steve says she gave him the best gift of all.

Steve and Kayla are excited to see snow.
