When Kayla threatens to  take off, Steve  is forced to tell her the reason he broke things off with her: Jack is Billy.

Kayla is shocked as Steve explains everything.

Steve hopes Kayla can understand.

She hugs him, to comfort him

Then she tells him off

Steve reacts...

...as Kayla tells him how much he hurt her.

He didn't know what else to do

Kayla thinks Steve should have told her about Billy from the beginning.

Steve still thinks he didn't have a choice.

Steve laughs nervously, as he tells Kayla how he watched her marry Jack, and almost interrupted the wedding.

He wanted to tell everyone that she couldn't marry Jack, because she didn't love Jack...she loved Steve.

Kayla wishes he would have done that.
