Steve Rescues Kayla From Orpheus

Orpheus points gun to Kayla and
makes her call Steve--to let him know
that Orpheus has kidnapped her.
Orpheus wants Steve to meet him on
the pier, in exchange for Kayla

Steve worries about Kayla

Steve tells Roman about Orpheus's phone call. Roman wants to team up with Steve...
Steve says he is getting Kayla back on his own. He isn't following Orpheus's plan, Roman's plan or anyone else's. (Last time Steve and Roman were going after Orpheus together, Orpheus ended up kidnapping Kayla).

Orpheus calls again with more instructions. He threatens Kayla's life.

Roman thinks Steve needs to be on the docks as Orpheus demanded, but Steve refuses. (Side note: Roman shows up on the docks, wearing a patch and pretending to be Steve.)

Steve finds out about a new yacht in the harbor from one of his friends. He swims over to the boat.

Kayla listens to Orpheus's conversation with one of his employees. The man has "Patch" and is going to photograph the tatoo--then kill Johnson. (Note: The man actually has Roman--who frees himself of the would be assasin).

Kayla emotionally begs Orpheus not to kill Steve...

Steve hears the entire conversation, hiding outside the door.

Once he hears Orpheus leave, Steve makes his way into the room where Kayla is being held on the yacht.

Kayla is extremely relieved to see him alive...

...and Steve is relieved to finally have Kayla back.

They swim back to shore, but  Kayla is terrified for her  injured brother's life...She wants to go to  Roman, but Steve says they have to get her back to shore right away.

Steve and Kayla hold each other on the docks and watch as Shane rescues Roman.

Steve and Kayla hide out at Shane's house for the night. Roman thanks Steve for saving his sister's life.

Kayla hugs her brother tightly.

Steve and Kayla found pictures of the tatoos in Orpheus's safe aboard the yacht. (The pictures are clues to whatever Orpheus is plotting). Kayla is about to tell everyone, but Steve stops her.

He thinks they need to keep it to themselves for now. He doesn't trust the ISA.

Kayla doesn't like lying to her brother. But she agrees to let Steve think about it for the night.

Kayla thanks Steve for saving her life.

She kisses him goodnight.

Steve falls asleep on the couch, and Kayla heads for the guestroom...

But later comes out to watch him sleep.

Kayla has nightmares about their escape from Orpheus.

Steve hears Kayla calling out for him in her sleep, and comes to gently wake her up.
