Bo is heartbroken, and struggling with the news. Kimberly, Kayla's sister, has also just learned that her baby is not Shane's. And Roman is back in Salem...with a new face. Later, the family stages a meeting to try and get Shawn and Caroline back together, working on their marriage (the attempt is successful). Bo doesn't come however...he feels he'd only be a reminder of why their was friction in the first place.
