Steve comes by to leave a clue for Kayla, while she sleeps

He watches her sleep, strokes
her face, and leaves.

Kayla wakes up and is confused when she sees the boat.

Steve and Marcus talk about how amazing it is---where they came from, and where they are.

They look over at the boat where Steve has secretly arranged for Kayla's dream wedding.

Steve takes it all in before going into the boat to get ready for the wedding.

Kayla, Kim and Caroline walk down Salem Harbor. Kayla wonders why they aren't going to the Fish Market.

Caroline and Kim tell Kayla she isn't getting married at the Fish market.

Kayla asks what's wrong.

Kim and Caroline have Kayla turn around to look at the boat...

"One summer day when I was a little girl, not more than 8 years old, there was a beautiful white boat moored outside Pop's market..."

"It was completely decorated with white streamers and balloons and bells, and everyone on  its deck was wearing their most beautiful summer clothes...all white and formal and freshly pressed..."

"I heard the violins playing the wedding march and I knew that that man and that woman, standing in front of all those shimmering people, getting married
...that they loved each other so very much. They looked like angels on a cloud, everyone smiling, everyone crying with joy at the same time. That was the most beautiful, romantic wedding I ever saw"

Kim and Caroline tell Kayla that Steve arranged everything...

Kayla tells them that it's exactly like her dreams and fantasies of what her wedding should be

She is overwhelmed

Kayla rehearses walking down the aisle...

and saying her vows...

as Steve secretly watches.

"I can't believe this. I can't believe this is gonna happen. I guess I've got you to thank, huh Big Dude? She thinks she gave me a lot..."

"Man, I didn't even have dreams. I thought my life was gonna be all bad. I had no idea....that I could have love. And you gave me Kayla. And now I've got it all..."

"I'll be back..I'll be back!"

Jo is proud of her son

Kim was worried...Kayla had something old, something new, and something blue...but nothing borrowed. Kayla tells Kim she has lent her the most important thing of all--she couldn't have her wedding without it. Kim is lending her voice. Kim wishes it could be something else.

Kayla tells Kim not to feel bad for her.
"I can hear the music, I can feel the love...I learned that there are ways to communicate, more deeply than words..."

"Whether I get my voice back, I know that I can talk to my husband from my heart, for the rest of my life."

Steve cries as he watches Kayla walk down the aisle.

Shawn tells Steve to take care of Kayla.

Shawn and Caroline give their blessing

Kayla starts to sign her vows, then stops.

Steve tells her to have courage.

Kayla regains her speech, and says her vows.

"I'm standing here and I still can't believe that I deserve you. I wouldn't be the man I am right now if it wasn't for you. I thought I was brave, but I found out that it takes more courage to open up to another person. And I thought I was strong, but you showed me that it takes more strength to let people see your feelings. .."

"And I thought I knew how to love, but I know now that it's much harder to let someone love me and that someone is you. You saw into my heart when no one else could- and you believed in me. So I'm gonna spend the rest of my life livin' up to the faith that you have in me. I don't have much baby, but what I have is yours. I'm yours. I love you Sweetness."

"When I was a little girl, I dreamed of loving a man who was brave and strong and true; and of a romantic wedding on the water surrounded by all the people I love the most. I never told that secret dream to anyone, but some how you found out. You gave me that dream. You made it come true.
